Nikki is Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Group Bermuda Ltd. the parent company of Alpha Growth plc’s life insurance companies, Providence Life Assurance Company (Bermuda) Ltd and Alpha International Life Assurance Company (Guernsey) Limited. She also holds the title of President at Providence Life Assurance Company (Bermuda) Ltd. She is responsible for Alpha’s high net worth (HNW) life insurance business in the U.S. and internationally. She leads the development of innovative wealth planning solutions designed to meet the complex needs of HNW families and advisors, with a focus on reducing friction across all client situations through streamlined processes, and integrated planning strategies.
Prior to joining Alpha, she served as President of Investors Preferred Life Insurance Company, overseeing finance, accounting, operations, and strategic initiatives for a rapidly growing life insurer. During her tenure, she led the financial strategy that supported rapid growth, directed cross-functional teams, launched new products, and expanded reinsurance capacity.
