Umil serves as Group Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s financial strategy, capital management, and operational finance functions. He brings extensive experience across the asset management and insurance sectors, with a strong track record in managing complex financial structures and supporting high growth businesses.
Prior to joining Alpha Growth PLC, Umil was Chief Financial Officer at Securis Investment Partners, a specialist asset manager in the insurance-linked securities sector, where he played a key role in guiding the business through a full market cycle.
Umil is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England & Wales and holds a First Class Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from City, University of London.
